When the founder of Viking Homes, the late Hans A. F. Norell, member of the Swedish Bar Association (1965-1997), began to market properties in the exclusive coastal area, he famously created the slogan for Viking Homes “Leave behind the snow and rain, buy yourself a home in Spain”.

Now, Mats Norell, the present MD is continuing in his fathers’ footsteps, where his number 1 value is honesty. Honesty creates trust, which is imperative to obtain between the estate agent and client whilst making the decision to buy a property abroad.
